Specific Technical Requirements:
- Make changes to the Global assumptions workbook to make sure the new management level or job grades are reflected in it, as those are hard-coded values in the report as defined by the business earlier.
- Make sure know where in the HR model, the job grades are hard coded. We don’t have any to my knowledge, but we want to scan them to make sure.
- Perform an end to end testing internally to make sure there are no issues.
