Specific Technical Requirements:

| 8 | Required | Technical Writing experience on software development projects including: the preparation of project related training outlines and materials, online help and written user manuals, and technical documentation of complex systems. |
| 8 | Required | Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal/ presentation communication skills in English (specifically technical writing); and well versed with MS Office suite of products and prototyping/screen mock-up tools such as Visio and SnapI |
| 8 | Required | Experience with hands-on business area staff, vendor staff, and IT technical staff interaction to manage development of user and technical documentation. |
| 8 | Required | Experience facilitating interactive sessions with business and cross functional teams. |
| 8 | Required | Defining documentation design and systems specification outlines for approval, as needed; preparing/reviewing/delivering completed packages within deadlines. |
| 8 | Required | Participating in and providing guidance to Business and Functional Units in approving developed documentation. |
| 1 | Preferred | Familiarity with mainframe environments; SQL; .Net development environment, Azure DevOps, Mulesoft, Informatica, and IDaaS (ForgeRock), and relational databases. |
| 1 | Preferred | Experience in the Oil and Gas industry. |
| 1 | Preferred | Proven ability to work compatibly within multifaceted teams; resolve conflict; and deal with challenging situations. |
