5+ years’ experience in progressively responsible information technology solution delivery.
Experience delivering and extending consumer or staff facing solutions.
Solid working experience deploying Customer Relationship Management (#CRM), #DigitalMarketing, and other relevant platforms.
Sound background with Data Analytics and Management Reporting systems such as Google Analytics, #Qlikview/QlikSense, #Power BI, #Tableau, etc.
Data modeling and information classification expertise at the product level.
Experience working with product managers, business analysts and stakeholders to identify and validate product features.
Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models.
Negotiation skills with business and technical groups.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to analyze solution needs, and determine the resources needed to achieve goals and overcome cross-functional barriers.
