Required Technical Skills:
Enterprise WFM Implementation Experience
Experience implementing an enterprise‑level Workforce Management tool with a focus on workforce optimisation. Salesforce is preferred, but experience with other WFM platforms is acceptable.
Strong Program & Collaboration Skills
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally while managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and all rollout phases (configuration, testing, training, and go‑live).
Change Management & User Adoption
Experience driving change management, ensuring user readiness, coordinating training, and supporting adoption of the new WFM system.
