Required Technical Skills:

CJIS Compliance & CISO Transition

• Partner with the Chief Information Security Officer to ensure ongoing CJIS compliance.
• Develop comprehensive SOP documentation covering people, processes, and technology.
• Serve as SME for MFA implementation, MDT upgrades, and device encryption (APD).

Jail Management System (JMS) Implementation

• Advise Corrections, AIM, and Procurement on implementation strategy.
• Provide guidance on integrations (e.g., GBI), compliance, and technical RFP requirements.

Municipal Court RMS Advisement

• Provide technical and strategic guidance on the current system architecture and schema.
• Advise on infrastructure requirements and middleware integration between Fulton County and the City of Atlanta.

Cloud Transition SME

• Lead consultative efforts for migrating PSJ applications to the cloud.
• Identify risks, technical requirements, and modernization strategies.

E911 Radio & CAD Environment

• Support E911 center transition planning.
• Collaborate with AIM PMO and Infrastructure teams on radio and CAD strategy.

Team Coaching & Technical Leadership

• Act as an escalation point and SME for BSA and DBA teams.
• Support AIM-led PSJ initiatives with expert advisement.
