Specific Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in related fields.
  • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Visual Design tools knowledge/skills are highly desirable
• Experience in or knowledge of the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent consultative skills are needed, with the ability to effectively present options and risks and escalate issues as needed to management.
• Solid conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership, problem resolution across multiple groups, etc.
• Excellent PC Skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent research, analytical, problem problem-solving skills, including a proven ability to interpret
•  and present quantitative data.
• Ability to lead teams and work well independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage work to deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills
• Has specific knowledge of varied industry standard analysis techniques, such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, workflow analysis, business process mapping, functional decomposition analysis, and/or financial ROI modeling
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Prefer certification in business analysis or business process excellence (i.e. CBAP, IIBA, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM).
