HR and Onboarding Specialist

Location – Remote in India or Noida

Work Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM US Eastern hours

As an US HR Onboarding Specialist, you are responsible for guiding the new hire with onboarding from the very first day of the job. You are also responsible for collecting all the required documents from the new joinee. You should know in and out of the Human Resources Management and Onboarding process. To succeed in this job role, you will be helping the new hire to get adjusted to the new work environment. You will be developing new policies for the company and updating the old policies.

In addition to this, you should be preparing onboarding kits for the new employee such as stationary, t-shirt, and others. Answering all the queries of the new employees is a necessary task. Contract Specialist

Location – Remote in India or Noida

Work Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM US Eastern hours

The US Contracts Specialist will support various contract and vendor management responsibilities, including managing new/existing agreements between our client and various third parties, negotiating terms and conditions, coordinating contract approval, and analyzing contractual language. Agreements include but are not limited to the following: Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Software License and Service Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Below are the responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Provide recommendations for contractual language (eg Service Level Agreements) and/or approach to contractual relationship
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and other internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Legal)
  • Draft agreements and contract documents
  • Initiate contract renewal process and engage with impacted business leads
  • Manage legal risks and escalate as appropriate
  • Manage open contract action items and provide Real Time status
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, strategy discussions, negotiations, and overall planning initiatives and maintain version control of contract documents
