Required Technical Skills:

• Hybrid – 1-2 days per week in Reston, VA (DMV candidates ONLY)
• Interview Process: Round 1- 30 mins MS Teams screening, and for all shortlisted folks, there will be a Blitz – in-person second round at the Reston office.
• Need a strong, hands-on Lead BA with exceptional analysis skills who can quickly turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Deep understanding of SAFe/Agile practices, with proven ownership of backlog management, prioritization, and refinement in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Brings solid technical and data fluency – able to work comfortably with engineers, data teams, and complex systems-while maintaining focus on business value and risk.
• A proactive go-getter who takes initiative, drives clarity, anticipates dependencies, and pushes work forward without waiting for direction.
