Qualifications
Required
Active Tennessee state licensure and certification – endorsement matching subject area &
grade band
Commitment to working with educationally underserved students
Commitment to the design and development of the school
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred :
At least two years of teaching experience
Master’s in Education / Teaching / Content area
Experience/strength in content area/Highly Qualified status
Experience teaching in an urban school and/or charter network.
