Required Technical Skills:

• 8+ years demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, IT strategy development, and solution design, preferably in a global or regional capacity at an FMCG. Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, data management, and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and experience in optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven experience with architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale cloud-based solutions.
• A proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders in various departments and geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business processes to diverse audiences and facilitate consensus-building across stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, technology trends, and regional/market requirements while maintaining a consistent architectural vision.
• Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred Education.
