Required Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS coding specific to email.
• Experience with email marketing platforms- Responsys, Silverpop, Message Gears, SendGrid. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
• Experience working with mobile-first and responsive design email templates and strategies.
• Expertise in troubleshooting code to ensure designs render appropriately across all versions.
• Experience with marketing tagging and tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
• Experience with 3rd party email tools such as Litmus, Sparkpost, MovableInk, and a working knowledge of how to best use these tools.
• Advanced proficiency in AmpScript or similar personalization language.
• Understanding of SQL is a plus, but not required.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Deep understanding of compliance principles- CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email laws and best practices.
