Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright or equivalent frameworks
• Execute manual test cases as required to support comprehensive test coverage
• Monitor and track test execution; establish and manage automated test schedules
• Identify, document, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools
• Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, UAT, and production environments
• Conduct accessibility testing in alignment with applicable standards
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manual test execution
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automated QA testing
• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA test script development
• Minimum 8 years of experience in performance testing

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automated test reporting and analytics
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Playwright, WebdriverIO, and JMeter
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, XRay, and Zephyr
• Experience with accessibility testing standards and practices.
