Required Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of Salesforce administration experience
6+ years of Salesforce declarative configuration experience
5+ years of business analysis/requirements gathering
4+ years of enterprise security administration
4+ years of release management using Copado or similar tools
3+ years of integration support (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, document workflows)
2+ years of Agile project experience
Current Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Business Analyst, App Builder, Data Cloud, or Agentforce certifications
Government Cloud / Public Sector Solutions experience
Accessibility compliance knowledge
Public-sector or legislative systems experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong Salesforce administration and governance knowledge
Ability to analyze business needs and deliver scalable solutions
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams.
