Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication capabilities
Expert proficiency in analytics languages such as Python (preferred), R, or MATLAB
Experience with Big Data technologies, particularly Spark
Advanced quantitative analysis skills, including:
Model interpretation
Causal analysis
Multicollinearity treatment
Ability to work with compiled, high-performance languages (e.g., Scala, Java, C++)
Experience with relational databases
Strong theoretical and practical background in modeling techniques, including:
Machine Learning
Graph and Network Analytics
Experience with data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis
Foundational understanding of data architecture, data warehouses, and data marts

Experience working in Linux-based environments

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field
