Technical Must-Haves
• 7–10+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering roles.
• Expert-level VMware experience:
• vSphere/ESXi administration
• Cluster design, HA/DRS, resource pools, snapshots, templates
• vCenter troubleshooting
• Strong enterprise storage experience:
• SAN fabric zoning
• LUN provisioning
• Performance tuning
• Storage replication snapshots
• Windows & Linux server administration (3rd/4th-line).
• Strong background with backup systems (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, etc.).
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, or M365 footprint).
• Ability to lead complex technical troubleshooting independently.
