JOB DETAIL
Required Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT environments
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting legacy system decommissioning or transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of:
- IT operations and service management processes
- System integrations and data flows
- Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering
- Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience in healthcare environments
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Experience with data migration tools and strategies
- Exposure to CMDB and asset management concepts
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
