Lead Operations for DWH Projects: Manage day-to-day operations for data warehouse systems and pipelines. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of data platforms.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on DBT transformations, Snowflake architecture, and Power BI reporting. Review and optimize SQL queries, DBT models, and data flows.
Monitoring & Incident Management: Implement monitoring tools and processes for proactive issue detection. Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
Process Improvement: Drive automation for operational tasks and deployments. Establish best practices for version control, CI/CD, and data quality checks.
Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and operational metrics.

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a networking team in a highly complex environment.
Experienced with the implementation and support of 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environment.
Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms
Oversee daily operational activities, including incident management, problem resolution, and service availability
Serve as an escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues
Coordinate and prioritize workload across Network Services teams, including infrastructure and security-focused functions
Support ongoing and planned initiatives, including:
SD-WAN implementation and optimization
Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
Provide vendor coordination and oversight for network-related services and contracts
Ensure compliance with Agency security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives
Provide status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning to leadership
Maintain documentation of network architecture, processes, and operational procedures
Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning for the return of the permanent Network Services Manager.
