- The primary role is to conduct physical food testing, data collection, and insights delivery.
- Laboratory Information Management Systems and documentation tools; Maintain accurate records and documentation, and assure the reliability of measurement systems by using appropriate GLP.
- Chemistry techniques, instrumentation, and statistics.- GLP, LIMs – lab information mgmt. system.
