Specific Technical Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and large-scale training program implementation
• Skilled in developing e-learning modules, interactive presentations, and instructional guides
• Proficient use of authoring tools, preferably Camtasia, #SnagIT, and #Microsoft365
• 7+ years of experience in Training and Quality Assurance in Call Center and Billing Operations, preferred
• 5+ years of operational experience/knowledge (call center, billing, revenue /collections, dispatch, and field services), preferably in the water and gas industries and /or other utilities, preferred
• Must possess a great personality, be an active listener who is approachable, and have a great sense of humor
• Intermediate – expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Forms.
