Specific Technical Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with #IBM WebSphere MQ
- Working knowledge of #RHEL8/ #Linux (don’t need to manage OS, just know where issues sit)
- Familiarity with Veritas Clustering, #Windows/#Linux environments
- Excellent communication + customer service skills
- Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in large networks
- Experience with #ITSM tools/ticketing systems.
