Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to oversee external vendors and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and optimized.
Budget & Financial Oversight – Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Expertise in IT Frameworks & Methodologies – Deep understanding of #ITIL, #Agile, #PMP, #PMI, and #ServiceNow, with practical knowledge of service management best practices, continuous integration, and workflow automation.

Expert knowledge of data security practices and procedures, including systems analysis, authentication technologies, and access controls.

5+ years’ experience as a technical business analyst, supporting both application development, infrastructure, and/or security technology initiatives.
Must have an understanding of and experience with project management methodologies, including iterative development, #Agile/#Scrum, and structured approaches.
Must have strong knowledge and experience with MS Project or other project management software (#Jira, #Confluence, #Atlassian Suite, #GitHub, #Redmine, #Version One, #Yodiz, #SmartSheet, #Teams, etc.)
Must have experience establishing, documenting, and maintaining process information.
Should be able to provide DBA support for distributed servers in a multi-datacenter environment.
Monitor daily activities and performance of complex #SQL environment, analyzes technical problems, recommend adjustments, creates, and implements approved solutions using established tools and techniques.
Provide technical assistance to the application development area and co-workers about SQL design and programming.
Configures SQL services (e.g., security, #JDBC, clusters). Plans, installs, and coordinates SQL Server releases, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance. Build new environments as needed to support applications.
Coordinating with the teams of network, IIS administrators, and storage groups for SQL server-based configurations.
Develop technical documents, project plans, and tasks, and interact with customers for proposed solutions.
